As we said earlier, we are stoked that this is turning into the biggest year ever, so due to demand we have to increase our camping capacity. BW and R&V are working together in relaunching Schools to help bring the most relaxed of camping experiences and is released at 12pm on Wed 15th December 2010.

Set on the grounds of a local primary school this is the only location for those of you that want a little more peace and quiet between the partying. Still just a minute walk from the beach and just across the road from Churchill, at Schools you get the best of both worlds.

At Schools you have access to the other campgrounds and all the entertainment but you get to roll back to a more chilled environment when you’ve had enough!!

Schools Campground is exclusive to R&V ticket holders only. You must buy a Schools / R&V package.

See that link at the top there? Yep, that one that says ‘Ask us anything’. Well guess what that is for?

You can ask us anything. We want to get you to Gisborne for the party of the year. So at R&V: Where to stay we are commited to getting you to the East Coast.

We’ll get you a house if that’s what you want. We will hook you up with camping options if you are that way inclined or we can even maybe get you in a hotel room.

Enough said. This little James St hideaway is the perfect place to chill for the R&V punter. Understated but punching above its weight where it really matters: In the pool department.

You can sleep 8 in the house. But if I was you I’d try sleep on a lilo in the pool. That’s rockstar.

Yes, we may be running out of puns at R&V, but we ain’t running out of houses.

In fact there are plenty more where this spacious and modern home came from. This house is pretty much as close as you can get to Waiohika Estate, without having to top and tail in a tent. So if being close to the action is something you cherish, then this house will significantly reduce the chance of you getting FOMO.

The friendly team at Posh and Pooh assure us there is plenty of diverse holiday house style accommodation left in Gissy with your name on it.

We have Ranches with views of horses. Papparazzi blocking rural retreats and urban-style shacks for those of you just wanting to drop your bags and party!

In fact we have 21 houses left for groups of anywhere between 3 -15 people.

With only 6 weeks to go, most of you surely would have sorted your accommodation out for this years R&V Festival? Surely? Hmmm the answer is no! So if this is you and your a last minute make a decision kind of bloke/chick or you have a group of friends who are sh*t at making decisions then we have some Accom options for you. We have a list of housing options via our partner Posh and Pooh along with Camping accom that we recommend.

All you have to do is be over 25+ to be able to lock one down plus download and fill out the accommodation request form here, fill it out as specifically as possible remembering that it is usually a 4 to 7 day minimum for each house (take a few days to recover after the Festival which is usually a good option to chill out at the beach before heading back to work) and guys there is only one Beach option but there are a few here with a pool! Mention the street name of the house you specifically would like to rent and send the Accommodation request form to vanessa@poshandpooh.com How easy is that? It will take you a few mins, you just need to sort your lazy crew out!
